3. Use of Platform: You agree to:

Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Platform.
Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or access source code of the Platform without permission.
You are responsible for all actions taken under your account.
4. Intellectual Property: All content, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and data compilations available on the Platform, is the property of CODAQZ or its licensors and protected under U.S. and international intellectual property laws.Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, or modify any part of the Platform without prior written consent from CODAQZ.
5. AI Automation and Limitations:CODAQZ uses AI technologies, including third-party APIs, to deliver automation and data insights. You acknowledge:
AI responses may contain inaccuracies or unintended outputs.
CODAQZ is not liable for any damages resulting from reliance on AI outputs.
You are solely responsible for verifying outputs used for business or personal decisions.
6. Payments and Subscriptions:Some features of CODAQZ are offered as paid services:
Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change.
Payments are processed through secure third-party providers such as Stripe.
Subscription plans may auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
For enterprise or white-label pricing, CODAQZ provides customized contracts subject to separate agreement.
7. 9. Third-Party Services and Integrations: CODAQZ integrates with third-party services such as Gmail, Slack, Stripe, Google Sheets, Notion, and others. 15. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
16. Changes to Terms: CODAQZ may revise these Terms at any time with notice via email or Platform updates. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance.
